TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager
LOCATION: Westchester, IL
REPORTS TO: Director, Marketing & Digital Communications
Ingredion is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead all regional digital marketing activities in US/CAN. As Manager, you will support, define and implement the digital requirements of all US/CAN regional marketing programs with specific responsibilities for websites, automated marketing email communication, SEO, social media, mobile applications and CRM. This includes partnering with regional marketing managers and our go-to-market teams and appointed agencies to define and execute the digital strategy for the region while also supporting execution of the global digital strategy.
As Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy for the region and supporting the creation, curation and publishing of high-value content assets to respective digital channels.
Defining, developing and executing digital elements of the annual integrated marketing plan.
Ensuring our customer-facing websites are kept up-to-date and continuously refreshed, including management of SEO.
Using Pardot platform to support the design and execution of automated marketing nurture campaigns as part of the integrated marketing communication plan.
Supporting our Regional marketing managers and go-to-market teams with best practice campaign use and management of Salesforce.com CRM system.
Leading social media strategy optimization and implementation across key channels including, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
Liaising with external agencies to deliver digital projects and campaigns on time and within budget. Challenging agency partners to provide creative and innovative solutions.
Project management of regional digital projects in close collaboration with Marketing Communications Director and external vendors/agencies.
Working with our Global Marketing team to support and implement regional elements of global digital and content strategies.
Collecting and analyzing key data to measure effectiveness of digital channels (website, marketing automation, social, etc) and providing insights and recommendations to marketing team and senior management.
Creatively scouting, assessing and recommending new communication tools, approaches and platforms based on existing, new and forthcoming technologies.
Partnering with regional and global peers to ensure digital marketing standards are followed and adopted as appropriate

Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly preferred
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing communications and at least 5 years within a digital marketing role. Previous experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
Proven ability in leading cross-functional teams and Strong project management skills.
Experience in leading external vendors and agency partners
Previous experience working with both portal and content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager an advantage)
Excellent copy writing skills and ability to demonstrate experience writing for digital audiences, including search
Experience with CRM solutions (Salesforce.com an advantage) and marketing automation tools (Pardot an advantage)
Experience with social media marketing and management tools (Hootsuite, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter an advantage)
Previous experience with SEO and SEM.
Experience with basic HTML coding and other digital technologies an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 20%
